Staci Hargraves spent 25+ years inside the world's largest pharmaceutical organizations — as VP of R&D Strategy and Operations at Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine and SVP of Transformation at Bristol-Myers Squibb. She also held senior roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and PPD (now Thermo Fisher), one of the world's largest contract research organizations.
She has governed GxP-regulated AI platform deployments, led global clinical operations across more than 50 countries, and completed Harvard's Agentic AI intensive. She founded Purposa Health because she has seen firsthand where AI equity gaps live in the drug development pipeline — and what it costs when no one is accountable for them.
